Guiding people from the chaos of modern life toward profound connection — by transforming everyday experience into something sacred.
I'm a guide, creative generalist, and lifelong experimenter in what it means to live a connected, intentional life — especially in the middle of all the noise.
I come to this work through the intersection of many things: music, psychology, fatherhood, a deep curiosity about human behavior, and a persistent question about why some people move through hardship with grace while others remain stuck in patterns they can't quite name. I'm the latter — or I was, for a long time. This work is how I found my way through.
My own inner map is shaped by frameworks I've found genuinely useful — Enneagram (5w4), MBTI (INFP), Human Design (3/5 Profile) — not as labels, but as lenses. I share them here in case they resonate, or in case they send you down a rabbit hole worth exploring.
I'm not a therapist or a coach in the traditional sense. I'm someone who synthesizes ideas, sits with hard questions, and creates spaces — literal and metaphorical — where transformation can happen.
Human Centered Alchemy is the name I've given to that synthesis. It's a philosophy, a practice, and an ongoing invitation.
A framework for transmuting the friction of modern life into connection, clarity, and meaning — not by escaping your circumstances, but by learning to see them differently.
The gap between your inner world and your outer life. It shows up as hollow victories, autopilot days, and the persistent feeling that you're performing a role instead of living a life. Dissonance isn't the problem — it's the messenger pointing toward where alignment is missing.
The state of profound connection where your inner and outer worlds are aligned. Not constant bliss — but the ability to be fully present with what is, including difficulty. A sense of "Yes, this." Creative aliveness. Feeling like the author of your own experience.
The alchemical process of turning the raw material of daily life — the friction, the dissonance — into fuel for connection and clarity. Not fixing your life. Cultivating a way of seeing that allows you to redeem any moment as meaningful.
HCA offers a path — not a prescription. Each phase invites you into a deeper relationship with your own experience, on your own terms.
Noticing the dissonance. Naming what's been unnamed.
Asking what the friction is protecting or pointing toward.
Using the raw material of your experience as fuel for clarity.
Living with more alignment between who you are and how you move through the world.
A space for shared sound, co-regulation, and the kind of connection that doesn't require you to have it all figured out.
The Mosaic Voices Song Circle is a monthly gathering where music becomes a vehicle for co-regulation, presence, and genuine human connection. Through shared song, we engage body and voice. Melodies carry emotion. Words connect us to what we're actually feeling.
Our nervous systems calm in the presence of attuned others. Shared rhythm and collective sound are among the most ancient tools we have for that calming — and that's exactly what we tap into here.
No musical experience required. No performance. Just your voice, exactly as it is — held in a circle of compassionate witnesses. This is transmutation in practice: turning the raw material of daily life into fuel for something deeper.
